Hilton Garden Inn – Nashville, TN

Hilton Garden Inn – Nashville, TN; TABC has been contracted through the owner to provide a complete test and balance services for this nine (9) story hotel. The project consist of split DX systems, pool dehumidification units, kitchen hoods, dryer and general exhaust systems, stairwell pressurization systems with VFDs, roof top HVAC units, make up air systems, energy recovery units, fan coil units, and PTAC units. The estimated completion date for this project is June 2009. TABC was responsible as with all of our projects for providing pre-engineering services to prepare the design documents prior the TAB procedures being performed.
