Marine Corps Logistic Base – Albany, GA: Renovation of a 75,000 ft2 three story office complex, this is a LEEDÒ certified, phased project and includes: review of design documents as it relates the ability of the designed systems to tested and balanced, review of TAB related submittals, complete test and balance services of chill water and hot water hydronic systems, air handling units and the corresponding VAV boxes, roof top HVAC units, fan coil units, exhaust fan systems, and DDC control systems. TABC was responsible for performing a design review to identify deficiencies that would prevent the systems from being tested and balanced.
TABC provided a TAB plan which included color coded and numbered design documents which can be cross referenced with the TAB report and AABC project specific testing forms. TABC provided duct leakage testing (DALT) services for this project. TABC provided 50 and 80% MEP installation walkthrough inspection. TABC provided assistance to the commissioning authority for LEED silver certification.
TABC authored the final report which is reviewed and stamped by our in-house test and balance engineers (TBE) as well as a professional engineer (P.E.).
