Orlando Health (ORMC) – New Bed Tower, South Expansion & Renovations – this project consisted of a new 350,000 ft², 10 story, 245-bed tower, a 100,000 ft², 4 story emergency department expansion which includes ORs & labs and 150,000 ft² renovation to the existing hospital (i.e. a total of 600,000 ft²). The entire new tower and renovations had a total cost of approximately $297M and represents one of the largest and most significant projects in the organization’s history.
